IPad support?
Hello,
The new connected app is not available for iPads. The old one was. Why is it only downloadable on iPhones. Is there any tech limitation to iPad support? If not, why not allow it to be installed on iPads. |

Version 10.0 Crashing
Downloaded v10.0 of BMW Connected and it crashes immediately when it tries to launch.
I’m using an iPhone XS Max and iOS 12.1.1. I checked the App Store reviews for v10.0 and it looks like I’m not alone. It worked fine on previous versions. Hope for a quick fix |

Honestly, I have not seen a crappier launch of any product. I've reached out to Canadian33 with no resolution, called BMW assist only to be told they can't see Canadian cars.
I've reached out to my dealership with no success. At this point, I'm paying for functionality that BMW is remiss in delivering. Not a happy camper. I simply do not get a confirmation code sent to my car when I add it in the new app. The legacy bmw remote app continues to work, but the new app does not.

At this point we do not have a date for the Android version of the app for Canada.
I know many people are waiting for this, and we continue to work with the development team to bring this to the Canadian market. |

If you created an account on the US site, you will need to create a new account using a different email on the Canadian site. This is because the email you used on the US site, is now associated to the US market, where your vehicle is Canadian. You can't map a Canadian vehicle to a US account or vice versa.

Is the "Stock market widget" gone?
Hi canadian33,
I was wondering if you could please shed some light on this issue I am experiencing, it's been quite a few days now that I can't seem to get the "Stock market widget" to work. I understand that there are 2 options for the widgets to work:
Please note that I am doing these steps with my screen not split. And this is what I am getting: 1. In the main iDrive menu, I go to ConnectedDrive: 2. Then I go, to the "BMW Online" option: 3. I get the notification that I will be redirected to the "external search engine..". I hit OK: 4. I am getting an error message on the right side saying "Provider not available", and it has been quite a few days like that : 5. Please note that this is my configuration for my BMW Online under "Settings": Am I doing something wrong? Ps. Please note that if I choose a different Widget such as "Flickr", it works fine: BTW, Would it be possible to have the "Stock market" widget available on the Split screen as well? canadian33 , in the connected app, I see a new entry called "Transmission Mode: Event Based" in the Enabled Features list. Any insight into what that is or does?
Also, any update on when we can see Skype for Business integration? |

Connected iOS App still Crashing
