The car has just finished production and is enroute to the port! Dealer estimates that it will be here anywhere from 3rd week of July to 2nd week of August!

I cross-shopped with many cars, and having looked at anything from an IS350 to even an Evoque, I found that the F30 has the best blend of performance, comfort, features, and economy. Also can't beat the 0.9% lease rate that BMW Canada has on right now (I can also post a write up of my shopping experience and comparo if anyone is interested)

Will definitely post pics when it finally gets here, but for now the wait continues...

I ordered that exact car from factory back in April. But due to many delays, it is only now sitting at port in SA. Needless to say I needed a vehicle a bit quicker (can't rent a car forever), so got the same car without the executive package out of Quebec and am picking it up tomorrow!

SA as in San Antonio? Was it a South African build? I heard about horrible delay going on in Halifax for the past few months.

and congrats! I just couldn't give up on any of the options, so I have to wait more haha
