'14 328Xi M sport good deal?

A Certified 2014 328i with X drive. M Sport, premium, tech and cold weather package, DHP, driver assistance, driver assistance plus, Harmon Kardon and might be forgetting others but fully loaded except for lighting package (which I'm not too happy about) 4,900 miles from previous owner who was 65 yr old lady (weird). Dealer went from 44k (without extended warranty) to 40k (including an additional extended warranty for 2years worth 2k). Good deal? I'm also planning to finance.

At auction they are going for $40K ish that have $52-53K MSRP... so that is a good price esp if its certified (CPO) for 6 total years and 100K total miles..

Yeah this is our 4th car from this dealer and sales guy so he helped us out. I believe he MSRP was 56-58k?

id say its a fair deal considering it has everything but the lights. You can use that fact to try and get it down to 38,500

Just saying, worth a try.

Haha that's what I did and that's why he brought it down to basically 38k without warranty. I really wish I had the corona rings like on my moms 5
