I've read around and seen that it's possible to run 19x9.5 square. What tire size and wheel offset is recommended for flush fitment on msport suspension? Prefer not stretch tires too much.

i run 19 9' square on 255 no issues, 9.5 are too wide for the fronts

No bottoming out? Ive heard different stories about springs and I'm iffy about getting them if it bottoms out or could create problems

I have experienced a bottoming out on the front on large dips in the road a couple of times. It's not something that happens regularly. I have been happy with the springs. The ride quality is good and the ride height is nearly perfect IMO. Low enough to look great but not so low that the car isn't usable. No regrets from me. I have had many cars with coil overs and currently have an M3 with a high level setup. It's a wagon, I saw no need to go crazy with the suspension.

How did u take that strut pic? Epic!

I've seen lower offset 10" width, with overspec negative camber up front before but for all practical purposes, it appears 19x9.5 +35 is max up front as evidenced by your pic

btw, the car looks sic!

Is the wheel not touching the strut? It looks very close and sketchy. Definitely the max up front

it appears the tire "hairs" are touching it

19x9 +(30-35) would be be better but less wheels are available in this size

Just scared it'll hit the strut or run at full turn but slicer said he doesn't. Only bottoms out occasionally

yah, that's damn close... remember that same model cars are not exactly-exactly identical when built, especially when we're looking at 1mm clearance to the strut. you're car could have more clearance or could touch as well. something to consider

when he bottoms out, is it the rear tire shoulder contacting the fender? it appears the front gap is larger than the rear. the springs are giving him a slight reverse rake. a coilover drop would be better in this case albeit more costly.

It's not touching. I have tested this fit for a few hundred miles without any evidence of the tire contacting the strut. I have run fitment tighter than this in the past - even on track. Tires generally don't change shape on the top - inside even in extreme use. This thing is a street cruiser plus if the tire were to expand it would only make contact with the tire's rim protector portion on a smooth metal strut. It's not like there's a jagged piece of metal there. All that being said, this is obviously a tight fit with zero room for a larger tire and/or a more conservative offset. BBS make's LM's in 9.5 et32 which gives a little more inner clearance but I didn't like how it fit on the outside with my current camber settings (AKA minimal camber).

Yes, I have run 18 x 9 et29 513M with 255/40/18 tires without issues.

The "bottom-out" that I was referring to happened 2 times when the car was fully loaded, I hit a large dip in the road. It bottomed out on the front bump-stops. Zero rubbing or impact with anything other than the suspension bump stop. I'm running shorter BMW bump stops BTW.

Note that H&R springs that I have lower the front by 1.75" and the rear by 1.4". The car actually has about 1" of rake as measured by the distance between the rocker panel and the ground. Ride height is all good IMO. If you look at BMW factory ride heights there is typically more front fender gap than rear - mostly due to the fact that the front fenders have a taller arc. People correct this gap discrepancy with rake. I prefer a no-rake aesthetic.
