Basically, an exhaust shop will need to cut back the stock pipe leading to the muffler a foot or so and then bend a piece of same diameter pipe to connect the two. A muffler shop charged me $125 to do this.

It's plug and play. You connect to the MAP, TMAP and OBDII and you're all set.
