435i/M4 Wheel fit question
Sorry if this is a dumb question but I'm a noob when it comes to wheels. If I buy a set of HRE 300's for my 435I (Msport track pkg) would they fit on a M4 if I decided to upgrade? Thanks in advance

If you go with an agressive setup, like a hella flush, yes it will fit on the M4, but will not be that flush as your 435. You will probably need to add a spacer front and rear. If you really think about upgrading to m4, then you should think about a 20x9 + 35 front and 20x10.5 + 45 rear with 245-35-20 and 275-30-20.
This might be a great setup for the 435, and look pretty good on m4 too!

Yea the offsets for a 435i will definitely need a spacer to provide the same fit on an M4. You can get a decent idea by looking at cars with the OEM 437M wheels. They are the factory M3/4 wheels, but a lot of 435i's run them as an upgrade.
You can see the way those specific wheels fit on the M4 and then compare that with how they fit on a 435i. They're basically flush on the 435i, whereas on the M4 people run 10/15mm spacers to get the same flush fitment. |
