F32 LCI front end conversion on F30 LCI question

So, i had a crazy thought yesterday... I like the front of the F32 LCI more than my F30 LCI and wondering if its somehow possible to do a front end conversion? Obviously it would cost like 4K USD to do, but is it possible?

Ive done some research and found out that i would have to replace the front bumper to the F32 M-sport, buy the F32/F82 LCI adaptive LED headlights and buy F80 front fenders since the front bumper and headlights of the F32 is shaped differently. (i would get the vents on the fenders removed and get a charging door added of course since i got a 330e.)

Does this sound at all do able?

Adding a simple photoshopped image of a F30 with the F32 grilles and headlights. I didnt have the time to photoshop the front bumper of the F32.

yes its very doable...i've done my research too...because i wanted to switch my F36 to F82 front end and during the process i learned that the only difference between the F30 and F32/36 are the headlights, bumper and fender....

Thanks for the info, it seems pretty logical that a F32 conversion is possible because of the M3 having the F32/F82 headlights as well.

A F36 with a F82 front wouldve looked amazing as well, maybe it would look even better as a full "F86" conversion with the M4 rear bumper, exhaust ETC as well?

I though the hood was longer too on f32/80 vs f30.

A little change of plans with this project, im gonna use an "M4 style" bumper for the F32 instead of the F32 M-sport bumper. Only thing im not so sure about is how the radar cruise control is gonna fit in the M4 style front bumper, but im sure ill figure it out. Worst case i have to 3D print a new lower grille for the car.

I got the F32/F80/F82 LCI1 headlights, gonna try them on the car some day its a bit warmer and see if they actually work or if the car will need coding. It would be a bit strange if it needed coding considering i got the F30 adaptive LED headlights, and in theory the adaptive LED headlights for the F32/F80/F82 should be the exact same.

Ive bought the GTS style hood for the F30/F32 which should come in a week or so. Also bought fenders for the F32 and new F30 fenders. Because the F30 fenders is gonna have to get their front part cut off, and have the front part of the F32 fender welded on.

So yea, complete plan is

Get the F30/F32 GTS style hood - Bought
Get new F30 and F32 fenders - Bought
Get F32/F80/F82 headlights - Bought
Get F32 "M4 style" front bumper - Not bought yet
Get either genuine Alpina Classic C13 19" rims and get them wrapped in black, or replika Alpina Classic C13 rims thats already black.

Im aiming to have the car finished within June.
Ive photoshopped how im planning to have my car look like when its done. Not decided yet if i want to keep my car white or have it wrapped in the same shade of blue as the M3 CS.

And to those wondering, no its not gonna say M3 on it... The 330e and eDrive badges are gonna stay on the car, but im probably gonna black them out.

Good plan but you could have saved a bunch of money by just getting an m3 style bumper for the f30…

Late response lol.

I paused this project since the M2 style front bumper came out for the F30. But i didnt mainly want the M3 bumper, i wanted the grilles from the 4-series and M3/M4, getting an aftermarket M3 style front bumper would do nothing for me as most of them still uses the F30 grilles.

I put aside this project of swapping the entire front to a 4-series front was because the F80/F82/F83/F32/F33/F36 LCI2 ICON headlights are insanely expensive, so the whole project was put on hold. But after some thinking and research, I've decided to continue with the other idea I had, which involves creating a custom bumper by cutting up and combining the M2-style F30 bumper with an M4-style F32 bumper. At least then i will get the F80/F82/F83/F32/F33/F36 grilles on the F30.

I already have the M2-style F30 bumper from FR bodystyling (looks alot better than the crap Kies and Aliexpress sellers sell, they protrude way to far, like a chad chin. FR bodystyling`s M2 style bumper does not), and i also bought a M4-style F32 bumper, so its on its way. The M2-style bumper is made of fiberglass, while the M4-style bumper is made of ABS. Ideally, I would have preferred to buy an M4-style F32 bumper in fiberglass, but it doesn't seem to exist. Only Duraflex makes one out of "fiberglass reinforced plastic," but of course they don't ship outside North America. The choices were between an ABS bumper and a polypropylene bumper. Since fiberglass and polyester resin adhere better to ABS than to polypropylene, it was natural to choose one made of ABS. The fiberglass part and the ABS part of the new custom bumper just need to stay together long enough for me to make a fiberglass mold. I don’t expect it to be super easy, but I’m confident it won’t be impossible either.

I'm also going to buy iilumo's RGBW DRL kit for the F30 with adaptive LED headlights. First of all, they have a very strong white color (which, for example ICE driver doesn't), and second they can be set up with a "start-up animation" in any color you want. Like they can turn on in purple and then fade to white after a few seconds.

This is the F80 obviously, but according to a customer rep at iilumo, their F30 kit and F80 RGBW DRL kit shares the same computer and diodes. So this is still a pretty good representation.

Also made a pic with the radar on and foglights, unsure if i want to do a foglight delete or not. Might look better if they where slightly tinted?
