Looks like faulty wiring to me. If they all look like they are plugged in properly, probably time to ask for new ones.

WTF lol that looks like some wonky sh*t right there. It's like your tail lights are having a seizure. Like previous poster said, I'd ask for an exchange and show them your video.

do I need to install the resistors that come with the kit?




There is a theory, that LEDs will not live long without these resistors.
