Looking to change things up. Absolutely nothing wrong with the box. Used sparingly in SoCal and has never seen snow. Located in Los Angeles 90041 for local pick up. Purchased brand new 1.5 years ago from REI for $900 + tax. Includes key for locks. Asking price is $800 obo.

What didn't find them yet? Thought you already found them! I have 2 sets of carbon structure seats now. 1 ZCP and 1 standard 😜

I found your post via the Search function, hoping you can help me. I have a BMW X5 G05 and one of my biggest concerns in buying the THULE MOTION XT ALPINE box, is that the general rule for the roofboxes is that you should not drive faster than 80MPH / 130KMH. I regularly do long drives across Germany and my average speed is usually 150-160KMH, if weather and traffic allow of course. I'm considering the ALPINE version (i.e. more streamlined sporty roofbox of Thule) and only putting in light stuff like clothes, pillows, ... Probably never more than 40-50KG in total (vs the 75KG allowed). What is your experience with it? Thank you M |

Hi there. I had the alpine box on my F31 so it’s also a lower profile car, but I had no issues driving with the box going 90 mph with minimal items in the box.
I also have a G05 but unfortunately never installed the box on the X5 for comparison. The box itself was well built and I would buy it again if I had the need for a box.
