I figured i would ask you guys. even if its a DM or whatever. can i pass inspection with catless downpipe in NY . i keep getting mixed info on whether one ready will pass . some people say catless with throw 3 not ready and ny only allows 1. i have the mhd tune on with aftermarket downpipe setting but i do know that the cel has nothing to do with the system reading ready for catalyst. if anybody could confirm that was be much appreciated.
