Lost all my saved DAB and FM Channels AGAIN!

This happened some time back and it has happened again.
I was fiddling around with my Office on the iDrive getting the emails and text messags to read out. When I went back to my Radio, all channels had been wiped out including the ones I had saved on the buttons. How very strange.

Is there a software update for this? Is it a recognised bug?

I know it sounds daft but are you sure you are using the same key?

I spent hours reprogramming my stations etc only to find I'd opened the car with other halfs key! Felt like a right doofus! Lol

Don't need that overpriced nonsense as I am the only one who drives my car. Anyway, all those motors add unnecessary weight and will go wrong, I bet you! Unnecessary frippery.
