F30 Luggage Net

Hi all

Has anyone got one and how do they fit? Had a look in the trunk area and couldn't work out how it fits?

If you are referring to the floor net, I have one as my car came with the extended storage. There are 6 plastic 'sockets' on the boot floor that accommodate the 6 plastic 'studs' that are fitted to the net. Simple to fit and worth it's weight in gold...I have used mine many times especially for things like boxes that can easily slide around the boot.

I have one, though I did not spec extended storage as I did not want or need it. I bought mine as a retro purchase. Can't remember the exact price but it was quite cheap. My net is most useful and is attached at four points and stretches across the whole boot. The hooks are already there: two chromed ones behind the seats and two hooks at the end of the boot.

Thanks for that. Was that a BMW part? If so I don't suppose you can dig out the part number can you?

Sorry, no can do. In fact I looked and looked for this. I think it was £43. It requires no fixing just stretches across the boot floor. Simples.

Though this is for the 2003 5 Series, it fits the F30 Booty perfectly..

Yeah....I was wondering how you would fit a net in retrospect as the sockets that mine attach to are built into the boot floor panel....as long as it does the same job though that's all that matters.
