Fuel consumption needle moves before stopping

Hi guys,

These days I have noticed that the fuel consumption indicator moves to the middle (10l/km) just before stopping (eg at a traffic light) when the revs go below 1000rpm.
Maybe it's normal behavior but I've never noticed it before so I'm worried if it's normal?

That's normal. As you are coasting down there is zero fuel used. But as it reaches idle it has to start using fuel again to keep engine alive.

Then when stopped, the software makes the needle go to zero, just because it's programmed that way.

But then everybody should have the same "issue".. and some people (from another group) said they do not have such behavior, and only one confirmed he has same "issue"... hm...

Then I would check for different instrument cluster firmware update levels and related things. There are many variables involved.
