F36 420D Xdrive underneath rattle

Hi all,

Rattle is coming from front underneath when slightly turning the steering wheel. Rattle can be heard insinde the cabin. It occurs after driving some time and oil reaches 100c. Dealer has not figure this out. The car has 60.000km. What can it be ? Thanks !

Sounds like a pump of some kind. At least that's what the timing and cycle leads me to believe.

What about the right outputshaft and the inner support of it ? Can this be ?

On second listen I guess it could be a rattle, or that bracket. Still seems rather rhythmic though and it isn't the same time as the engine so idk

You'd think that since the dealer can run the car and put it on a lift, they should be able to isolate this. Maybe a new dealer / indy shop?

Well it's the best official dealer/service in my country. Want to keep things "OEM" like. I left the car today at the dealer for another inspection. It's the 7th time in almost 1 year for this issue

Well, that is unfortunate. No other independent shops (IE regular mechanics) that can do a separate evaluation just to validate the first assessment?

There are, but it's hard to find the root cause. I'm a bit scared to not damage other stuff... At least at dealer I can have refunds or warranty.
