Anyone know a shop in Orange County that will change my oil with my own supplied oil, and only charge me for labor?

I want to run Motul Specific 5-30 LL-01FE in my 2018 340i and can't find a shop that carries that oil and I don't have the skills or tools or time to do my own oil changes.

This it tough because of the litigious nature of our society. If you supply a part/consumable and it fails then you are responsible for warranty claims. If they supply it they have an avenue to protect them. It's unfortunate but shops have to protect themselves. Maybe ask if a shop can specifically source the oil you want. At least that way they have protection. Although I'm sure it will cost more for them to source it.

I would ask Speed Logic in Fullerton. Best BMW shop I've found. Rob is fantastic.

SSR Performance allowed you to bring your own parts as of December 2020. Not sure if it changed since then.

if you're willing to travel a little north of OC, Kaz at Ishida-ya (its a one man show) in Torrance will happily do it for you! He's one of the most meticulous mechanics I've ever met; super detail oriented and more careful than even I am with my car when he works on it. For example, my car is lowered and I'm running some aero so the lift arms sometimes can catch. He takes the time to lift up each corner with a low profile jack etc before running the lift arms under. He also charges extremely reasonably (I think $30-40) for oil changes when you bring in your own oil.

Speed Logic is really the only choice in Orange County.

The Valvaline places let you do that. It's like 45.00 for labor. Just take your oil and drive through one of those places and tell them you have your own oil. I literally spoke to them recently about it, so it's for sure.

I dont know about you, but I've scrolled through r/justrolledintotheshop enough to know that an oil change at Jiffy Lube or Valvoline can go sideways in more ways than just using the wrong oil. To be fair, same can be said for any shop that doesnt properly train their techs or rushes them to complete a job.

Back to original topic, this place also lets you bring your own oil.

Bullet Performance in Costa Mesa did my oil change with my own supplied oil and filter earlier this year.
