Getting a new 420i wanted some advice

Planning on getting a 4 series gran coupe and had my eyes set on a 430i but wasn’t within my budget so I’m settling for a 420i. Can you guys help me with some tips on the car overall, mpg performance etc. I currently drive an astra so this will be my first premium car

i've just purchased a 2016 420i Xdrive Gran Coupe.

Performance is not bad but a gearbox remap and engine remap will take it from 184bhp to around 240bhp.
MPG just depends how you drove it. I get around 28-32mpg around town on average and whenever i go on motorway trips i use the Eco Pro mode as it gains mpg and tbh you dont need fast acceleration when your just driving at a constant speed.
There are plenty of optional extras on the GC so have a look throught the launch brochure and see what was available.

Thank you, I’m currently driving a 2009 astra, what differences should I be prepared for or expecting?

It’ll be like chalk and cheese. The size will take a little bit of getting used to but it’s easy eventually.
