Does anyone know the name of (or where to find) the flange on a B46 downpipe?

I have a US 2018 330i (B46 engine). The stock downpipe, pictured below, has a v-band clamped connection on the exhaust side, to the stock midpipe. I bought a downpipe that has a straight pipe exhaust side, and am thinking the path of least resistance is to have the correct flange welded onto the downpipe.

I can't take it from the stock downpipe because I need that for annual inspection, and therefore cannot modify the end of the stock midpipe either. I also don't know what the specific name is for the type of bulbous end that is on the stock downpipe, so I am having trouble searching for one.

Do you know what this connection type is called and even better, where to find one that could be welded onto the aftermarket dp I have?
