Does anyone have Remus exhaust and Wagner catless dp?

I have a remus exhaust just like this one

I want to install a downpipe, prefer catless due to budget. But i am afraid that it will change the deep exhaust note that i have. Specially since ive read that downpipes add rasp.

Anyone has both remus exhaust and wagner catless dp or has heard this combination?

Also, should i expect a louder sound?

hi

I had the 335 remus axle back and wagner catless DP on my 328i

cold start sounded bad. rasp and unrefined.

Once warmed up and under light acceleration it was good.

but under heavy throttle and WOT it was very raspy and obnoxious and again unrefined.

maybe if i was in my 20's and wanted the attention i may have had a different opinion

I took it off the DP. Hoping to go high flow

Ah, thanks for the info! Do you have any videos?

The problem about these things is you dont know the result until you spend the money...

Im looking for the best downpipe combination with my remus exhaust.

All catless downpipes will sound the same for the most part.

I saw some posts, not sure if it was from mike@x-ph where they said that the thickness and/or geometry would change sound.

I would like to keep a deep tone like my remus exhaust has, without rasp and of course without drone.

Maybe on some cars that would be true, but with the F30 most aftermarket downpipe offerings are the same diameter, same shape etc. And even if there are some small differences, I'd love to meet the guy with good enough ears to tell any of them apart

What brand? If you're only gonna spend $180 I'd just get Circuitwerks, but I'd get ER before I got any of those.
