Smile Transient Check Engine Light (CEL)

Just a heads-up in case this happens to you: My 2020 440i coupe with 28K on it threw a check engine light right after taking a hard traffic circle, when my gas tank was almost empty. All systems checked OK on iDrive, all gauges and fluids normal, idling, accelerating and driving fine, real-time fuel economy normal, all maintenance up to date, battery good. No codes on the built-in dash reader, tried the RESET SOFTWARE option but light still on. Refueled and light still on. But 30 miles later the light went out and stayed out. Only code is now B7F668 0 (i.e. clock was reset). I’m guessing the light was caused by some transient fuel-flow glitch related to the low fuel level.
