Is there an APP for that damn CEL code besides JB4?
This has been beaten to death...I searched for app's and dp's and couldn't find what I'm looking for
dp's, CEL, Catted, catless, etc etc.. I was just wondering, if i do go catless dp, there has to be like a $10 app that can remotely turn the CEL code off via a bluetooth OBDII connector. Or am I just dreaming? I don't want to go the JB4 route unless that is the ONLY option. I will not be getting a flash from Enzo until July- August. So in the meantime does anyone know of other solutions. I'm going to get the AA8 tune for the meanwhile. If not then I may just go catted wagner or ER, or maybe just a resonator delete or muffler mod. |

If you're running Android you can use Torque Pro - 4.95

just want to drive this car for a bit to see if any problems come up organically. Truth me told, you never know what can happen within the first 6,000 miles. Therefore before I give this baby 420hp, I want to just do my part in seeing what its capable of stock, then with an AA tune, then with the flash...
It's all about progression my friend, with me. I know with you, its rush rush....buts its all gravy baby |

I installed Big Daddy's Cat Simulator for $50 along with VRSF catless downpipe and AA8 piggy back. Love the setup and it made a big difference compared to the AA8 by itself. Been over a couple thousand miles now and no CEL!

Crashnbrn5 im going to test the new version of DashCommand and TorquePro on my Android (should be better or same on Iphone) and see if they have an auto-clear feature for a certain code. Either way I like your mindset first 6k miles or year hammer it stock, then tune, then dp+ tune, then flash.

The cat simulator looks almost like an O2 spacer but it has the catalytic converting material at the base so your O2 sensor is sniffing clean exhaust. I meant that the AA8 tune performed much better with the catless downpipe. Additional performance has nothing to do with the cat simulator, just keeps you from getting a CEL.
I don't know if Active Autowerks programs their AA8 to take advantage of a catless dp (like different maps offered by JB4) but I was surprised at how much more power I felt with catless dp + AA8 vs AA8 alone.
