World's First Look at BMW F32 4 Series Coupe (spy photos and videos)!
BIMMERPOST NEWS World's First Look at BMW F32 3 Series / 4 Series Coupe (spy photos and videos)! We're thrilled to post the world's first photos and videos of the F32 3 series (or 4 series) coupe! Despite the heavy camouflage you can see a very sleek and sporty design. As usual for BMW coupes, there are frameless windows and a B-pillar for structural rigidity. POWERTRAIN / MODELS The 428i Coupe and Convertible will be powered by the same 2.0L twin turbo inline 4 as the F30, and the 435i will be powered by the inline 6 cylinder turbo N55 engine (at least initially at model introduction). Both engines will be available with either a manual transmission or 8-speed automatic, and both will be available with xDrive. The US will get the 428i and 435i coupes, in RWD and xDrive versions. The European model lineup can be seen in this previous post showing VIN model lookup results. The coupe and convertible models will be joined by the 4 Series Gran Coupe model in 2014. TIMELINE / PRICING The F32 4 Series coupe production begins July 2013 for deliveries starting late summer - early Fall of 2013 and it's currently rumored to be projected for a "just over" 2,000 euro higher price tag than the F30 3 series. The F33 4 Series Convertible begins production in November 2013. Interesting - thanks for posting. I noticed BMW did reserve the name "M4" earlier this year...

I've had 2 E46s, one E92 and a 2012 E93 is on it's way. The best looking M3 imo was the E46. The wheels at the corners and a little more compact. The elongation of the M3 is killing it. Looks more and more like a 6 series at every turn.

I was about to say something similar. When I read "Despite the heavy camouflage you can see a very sleek and sporty design" my first thought was...ummmmm no I can't, I can't tell anything from that picture other than there's a coupe of some kind. If you told me that was a Mustang mule I would have believed that too.

Can't wait to see it with out the camo.
Rear window definitely sleeker than current E92.

Massive overhang at the back and round lights? I guess this must be part of the camo.
I think the 4/3 coupe will be a real looker in the flesh. I see hints of DB7 which is not a bad thing at all. Most Bimmers grow on me... except the Bangled ones and thank the lord we're done with that BS.

Even without seeing it fully 'uncovered', I already like the proportions better than the current coupe. Strong design from what I can see in these shots.

+1. Ugh. Is it me, or a lot of the series becoming very long? The tires look like lawnmower wheels, too. Not sure I like the design direction. But I suppose I was relatively spared with my 1M . I'm probably still just stuck on classic E30 looks.

It looks ok, but I just hope it doesn't grow in size-- sat in the new 6 series coupe and that thing felt like a boat.

They always put those round, fake taillights on early test cars, so, no, they're not real.
