I've been tempted to do this, the only reason I haven't yet is because I like the blue matte line across the dash on the M Sport. If only I could keep that but add the rest.
Thanks to OP for posting! Great pics!

I will tackle this when in my dream world someone trades me my dark walnut trim for something else(Darker wood or aluminum on black trim).

hi guys
I'm sorry for the bad iphone pictures. my english is not so good too So you have to brake the blue strip of the original. The carbon stripe you have to broken too from the performance. it's actually quite good with a large screwdriver. it is important that the plastic sleeves not go broke here. if you have the screws you can with small panes and defeated the blue strip fix. you need to make it fine 2 hours. I will create a manual with pictures and post to the forum. here's a picture.

When you only change it 1:1 then it takes 30min but when you change the blue line then it takes about 2 hours because you must be very Carefully!!!
You must brake both lines and fix it good!

I removed my trim today as I am swapping with another member.
The parts I was worried about removed super easy with a $15 no scratch plastic trim tool kit. However, the door pulls, it's seems like they are designed making removal prohibitive, VERY easy to crack the whole thing. Two of mine were damaged, each one was $70 with my CCA discount. Not the end of the world, but something to keep in mind. As a tip-For the left corner vent, the P3 Vent gauge DIY made that an easy removal.

Hey guys, I just received the carbon fiber trim for the automatic shift knob. Would anyone happen to know how that is replaced? I wanted to ask before I started messing around with it but so far I haven't seen anyone whos changed it yet.
