Looks good...a cross between an E90 and a F10....let's just pray that it drives in a traditional 3 series manner!

actually, I was referring to this:
or did I missunderstand that this won't be a 4er sedan (or 4 door coupe, whatever you want to call it)? P.S. I know that this is just a render and it probably won't look like this just in case somebody didn't understand |

yeah, I know it's a 4er 4 door coupe, but wasn't sure about the GranCoupe part of the name so I said "sedan" (a little missleading, I know my mistake)

What a great way to start off the work week, walk in and boom! My first images of the F30.
Not much can be said as the pictures aren't exactly the clearest but I can say, so far, so good. Can't wait to get my hands on this for a test drive... Wonder what other goodies besides HUD will we be getting? |

The rear certainly looks like the 5 series and (from a distance) this F30 could certainly be mistaken for a 5 series by average drivers. Still, it might just be the angle that this photo is taken, but the F30 headlights does suggest hints of the F20 1 serie's headlights, but it seems to be done more tastefully than the 1 series.
Of course, the really important question, as some posters have already implied, is the performace and handling. We've seen some criticism that the F10 seem to have lost a bit of it's previous sportiness (a debatable point-others say the F10 is just fine), but when it comes to the 3 series, BMW really don't want to lessen the performance or handling edge. |
