Will This Aggressive Fitment Cause Rubbing?

Does anyone with personal experience know if tires sizes below on a F30 335i lowered on Dinan springs would cause rubbing? Thanks.

Front: 255/35/19 on 9" wheels et 35
Rear: 275/35/19 on 10" wheels et 40

Tire calculator indicates that the diameters are very close to stock, but I suspect that the tire widths will rub with those offsets.

It might come down to which tire you pick, but those specs should fit without any issues. Others have run nearly identical setups and have claimed that it doesn't rub!

Yes, I've read a couple of posts of owners with similar sizes, but they were all on stock suspension. I'm concerned that my lowered sedan would rub with three people in the back and with full steering lock. Also, I suspect that 255 size tires will be kind of narrow for the 9" rim and look odd.

255/35/19 is the correct size for a 9" wide wheel for the F30 chassis - it's not too narrow.

There is a user running basically the same set up that you are considering, except his front wheel offset is slightly lower and he is on H&R Sport springs, which is slightly lower than Dinan springs. See below:
