ALPINA flash for F31 320d 2012 Automatic with paddle shifts

Hi guys,

Is there anyone who can flash my gearbox to Alpina?
I can do it myself also as I have E-Sys with full psdzdata.
I flashed so far the HU_NBT, FEM_GW and KOMBI.
I want to show me the current gear in KOMBI in Comfort mode like D1, D2, D3 etc...

I'm based in Berkshire or Oxfordshire if there is someone who can do it or has the instructions how to do it, if it's working with E-Sys.

Thank you

Alpina flash is only possible on 330d and 335d as far as I know.

I don't mean to hijack this thread, but did you require a router when flashing FEM_GW? I need to do it and I heard a router might be required

Hi,

no router needed. Maybe when you flash them with ISTA, but not with e-sys

Finally.
10k miles later I managed to make it.
Now I can see what gear I'm currently using when in Comfort mode.
I know is pointless when you have an Auto, but is nice to have it tho
What was done is, had a friend with Alpina and he read both firmwares and he flashed mine with only 2 options:
1. Show me the gear in Cluster
2. Make it shift faster when using the paddles.
No tuning, nothing. In my opinion 320d are not for speed, they have good mpg and enough power for me.

If you are in UK contact CelticTuning. No travel involved. They come to your place. Just ask them for a quote and give them your address.
I had a different price. Mine is not tuned at all. Just activated the Cluster gear selection and shift faster when using the paddles. That's all.

It was not esys mate.
After he done the reading if his gearbox all he could see was binary code. He put them both together one next to the other, compared them and checked whats compatible and what's not.
From there he could mess with the torque settings, limiters and many others, unfortunately no option to make it to shift to 8th gear when in Sport. 7th is the highest one for the 320d in Sport mode. He showed me everything, even the software name, but I forgot the name. I might be able to find out tho
