M4 exhaust on a N20?

Is this something an exhaust shop can do or is it more trouble then it’s worth , I was recently given a stock F82 exhaust and was wondering if it would somewhat line up? I’ve heard people using M2 exhaust on N20s

You're in the wrong section of the forum. Go to the N20 section

wrong section but let me give you an answer real quick...

it'd work with modification but the thing is, is it really worth the trouble?
The M4 exhaust has 2 pipes coming out from the engine but the N20 has only 1 ...
so while the shop can definitely somehow modify the setup to make it work but
WHY?

The other thing is, the M4 exhaust pipes at the end is closer to the center,
which mean you'd have to modify your bumper or rear diffuser to make it set properly
again...is it worth the trouble?

With all the money and time you need to spend, what do you get at the end...

@greyf36 shared a very practical perspective. It might be more valuable to sell it and consider an exhaust compatible with the 6 cylinder version of your vehicle. More parts available for bumper and diffuser alternatives.

Good advice guys I think I’m just going to go with a vrsf race muffler for the 335 , I just thought it would be cool to run m4 exhaust but in reality’s there no real benefit lol! I have bootmode stage 1 already I’m gonna get that and a ER catted downpipe and call it a day !
