Tyre advice

Was looking to buy some new wheels but it hasn't quite worked out financially. I need some new tyres for my F31 330d PPK fairly soon. Ideally wanted MPS4S but will be buying from Costco. They have the £100 off for 4 tyres ending Sunday.
They only have the front tyres in stock in the S's but have the MPS4 in stock for the rear. Would this work ok? I'm pretty careful in the wet anyway and this would probably be the better way round having the S's up front if having to mix. Going elsewhere will cost a lot more.

With costco you should be able to order online and set a date in the future, their tyre stock does change week to week, and often the tyre promotions gets extended. That way you have the current price locked in, but if they do end up getting the rears in stock, you maybe able to change. Obviously all depends on how much life you have left on the current ones

Thanks. The rears aren't even showing as an option now, they had one yesterday I think as when I tried to add two the the basket it said that it exceeded the number available. This will make it tricky to order for future, shame as 2 or 3 weeks will be fine.

Wow they've come down in price, £150 each before the £25 off each deal is crazy cheap!

Just so you know, I've seen that offer running perpetually month after month from March. It's likely to keep going I'd say.

All you need to do is visit the tyre centre and ask them to order your size. I went to Costco Coventry today and ordered 2x 225/40/19 and 2x 255/35/19 MPS4S. £544 all in, tyres should arrive on Tuesday.

I was unable to do this online or over the phone

I went in to the nearest Costco today and ordered my MPS4's for the £534. They won't be in until the end of the month as the rears are out of stock currently but they are secured and paid for. Can't wait to ditch the Bridgestone RF's, they've driven me nuts for over two years!!

How did you get them £10 cheaper than me? That's strange.

Which Costco did you go to?

I also can't wait to ditch my 19in Bridgestone runflats. Do let us know if it reduces the road noise significantly as I don't think the road noise in my car is normal.
