2013 F30 Rear Window OneTouch/AutoUp Problem

Had my dealer program the car so that Auto Start/Stop retains the last chosen setting. In the process of doing this none of my windows would operate up or down in OneTouch mode (single press to roll up or down). I went through the simple procedure of holding the button all the way up and down for 5 seconds after the windows opened/closed. Fronts work fine now.

The rears will roll down with OneTouch but will NOT roll up with OneTouch. This isn't a huge deal but it is annoying. Called the dealer and they told me to try what I had already tried several times.

Are there any techs who know the proper procedure to enable this feature?

Thanks,
Kerplunk

Darn, no ideas? I was really hoping to avoid sitting at the dealership to wait for them to figure this out.

How ? What was the solution ? Winder ? Switch ? Or a simple programming issue ?

I need a fix too...all my windows EXCEPT drivers works with one touch up and down. On drivers, down works fine, but up doesn't...interesting.

I just had this happen to me as well. Both my rear windows lost their one touch up feature after being at the dealer and the dealer programmed the car because i had a broken cooling fan replaced (apparently programming is required) I have tried the manual reset but it wont stick. Any ideas? Is there programming i can just do to fix this with esys?

Dealer had to recalibrate the pinch sensors for me. I tried doing the manual reset but they had to hook it up to some software to reset it. They are working now
