Possible to trade front bumpers with lease end owners?

Bought my car CPO and of course it has the dealer installed front plate bracket.

Has anyone ever worked with people coming off lease to swap out a non drilled bumper for one that is drilled. Wasn't sure if the bumpers were Vin tagged.

No vin markings.

Other issues such as paint matching, PDC, camera, headlight washers and amount if damage underneath.
