Funny never had knocking or pinging issues w/87, may lose some in performance, so I'm going to fill er up w/93 next fill and I'll report back to you high octane fan boyz about my experience running jet fuel

It's not jet fuel, actually high octane ignite later than low octane

Side note: Common jet fuel (Jet A) is closer to diesel or kerosene than anything else.
High(er) octane fuel is no conspiracy, it's easily found out on the dyno (or in logs). When I was a younger inexperienced enthusiast I did some back to back logs comparing 91 to 93 octane (lived in a place that sold both) and consistently saw a couple degrees difference in timing targets. Chris |
