How hard is tracking on the car?

Totally understand fluids, tires, brakes require changing more often, but how hard are HPDEs on suspension, axles, etc? I completed my first HPDE this past weekend and would like to do more (no more than a handful every year), but worried how the track would affect a semi-luxury, family sedan that is the F30. My first reaction is that the car isn't too expensive to begin with, so go for it and enjoy the ride. But since the car is a dual duty vehicle, I'd hope for the best of both worlds and appreciate continued comfort as a daily driver. Note: the car does have coilovers, camber plates, and lightweight wheels and tires. Thanks in advance!

Definitely harder. I mean brakes will go faster etc. Suspension will suffer. I personally don't run track tires with 200 tread wear. They are super hard on bushings. I run performance a Yokohama Advan Apax V601. It allows me to slide when push too hard.
As for engine? Keep good, thicker oils going on, good diff. fluids etc. Engine cooling is a key for longevity. If temperature is too high, think about more robust cooler.

I wouldn't worry about it. I've been tracking my wagon a bit more than 3.5yrs. No issues with anything wearing out aside from your normal track consumables. I did change my transmission fluid sooner than the 60k ZF recommended interval (my Blackstone trans fluid results showed it might be good to change that every 35k if doing 8-12 track days a year).

Appreciate the responses! Is PPF worthwhile for the front end? I have a few small chips already, so not sure if it's even worth it at this point.

Depends how hard you track the car.

I’ve personally given up the dual usage unless it’s a wet day then the F30 comes into its own.

I tracked an evo VII and it literally cost me 8k pa in consumables and servicing. The tyres would last no more than 2 trackdays with the brakes being trashed after 3.

Now with a dedicated 500kg track car the tyres last 3-4 trackdays and only cost 200 for the rears. It still costs £1.8k in maintenance on top of the ~£500 per trackday incl fuel.

I have 30+ days on my 2015 f30. The diff bushings went after after 25 days. Otherwise brakes and tires. I would recommend camber plates and m3 control arms to save the front tires from premature outside shoulder wear. I learned to track drive on the cars so I was easy on the car at the start.

Do you have any rubbing issues with the M3 control arms? What front wheels/tires are you running?
