Favorite Meth inj Kit?

Which one is the most reliable and highest quality? Thinking of going this route? We would still need a bigger fuel pump for running meth right? Thanks

No actually, you should think of meth as additional fueling. I think a lot of people recommend the torqbyte.

I'll check it out. I've looked at the AEM and Snow.

HPC controller because cheap and reliable and using for cooling and not fueling.

What is your goal? 90% of people go overkill I'd say. I have the Torqbyte controller but a simple Hobbs switch would have done the job just fine. Progressive meth is overrated. And on/off system is working just fine, even if used for fueling.

That is their F3x/F8x Stealth 3 Gal tank

And as far as injector nozzles go - most find better distribution with (2) smaller nozzles vs. (1) larger one

i.e. use (2) BM5's vs. (1) BM10 that's as long as your CP has provision with (2) bungs of course...

I'm running the vrsf cp so I think only 1? Might consider an intake manifold swap to like the Phoenix and inject it there? My goals are pretty much just getting another 50 or so rwhp out of factory turbo for now.

The BMS is popular, especially if you have a JB4 for integration.

If not, Snow Performance, AEM and Devils Own are some popular Methanol Kits.

Most methanol injection kits at their basic form are just comprised of a Tank Pump Lines and nozzles.

Let me know if you have any further questions or need further guidance.

Total noobie question but, is there a place in the CT/NY area that sells Methanol? Or am I wrong in hearing you can make it yourself by concocting certain ingredients?

There is no additional equipment that is needed for the custom tuner side. Just let them know what kind of WMI kit your using, mixture percentage of methanol and they will fill in the gaps with any questions they have.

You will also need a charge pipe with methanol bungs.

Yes.

More methanol is more octane, more power potential.

However, 50/50 is considered safer because it's not as flammable.

Depends on what you are using it for - fueling or cooling? If for fueling, you obviously want more meth. I have even heard of some people running E85 or essentially an ethanol-based injection for supplemental fueling.

I have the VRSF Charge pipe with (i believe) 1 meth bung on it. Would that be enough? Or, is 2 ports recommended? Also, would a direct port injection be better?
