Hey, I'm going to my first track day in 2 weeks. I have a 2017 440i that has run flat tires. What do you all do for spare tires on track days? Once I start going to more track days, I will buy a track day set of tires/wheels.

There are folks that bring two sets of tires for various reasons.
1) you are driving to the track on street tires and want to save your track tires for track use.
2) Slick (dry) and Wet sets

If you are going to be driving to the event's is very reasonable to pick up another set of wheels/tires for track use. Bimmerworlds has Apex wheels which are a good place to start investigating that.

Tires can make one of the biggest differences on a car's performance. I love Bridgestone RE-71rs tires they are great but lots of other options that are also excellent.
