Have not seen it and it is getting harder and harder to get. Rule of thumb is about 7-8% off.
Some sites offer it, trueprice.com, cars.com and bmwconfig.com (last one not updated recently as run by an enthusiast and became overwhelming lately)
Not to sound like a dealer suporter. When we go in to get a deal they need to get money and we need to get a good deal. So unless you are a repeat customer, you are in a slow market, or the starts are aligned (they need to meet quota, your trade is in a Toyota camry or Honda civic etc etc) unlikely to be close or below invoice (though not impossible)

Try Edmunds.com. Thats where I found my info. MSRP 435i as configured $59,500. Dealer invoice: $54,680

Last time I was at the dealership, i was checking out the 4. The salesperson said they will not negotiate off MSRP. I was a little shocked by that.

bmwconfig.com might have it....if not 92% of base MSRP, and 91% of option MSRP usually gets you pretty close.

BMWConfig doesn't have the 4-Series on the site yet, and Edmund's builder is wrong...while adding M Sport Brakes to my build, it forces the addition of 19" wheels which is incorrect. Just a word of warning...I don't know what else might be wrong.

If your dealer is honest and upfront, they'll give you a print out with the invoice pricing for the car and all the options if you just ask.

F32 other than what you've experienced, invoice prices on Edmunds seem accurate. All of my projected build invoices came to about 92% of MSRP

The invoice cost I received from my dealer matched the Edmunds cost exactly. However, I chose the 19" wheels and M Sport brakes. I agree with you that Edmund's config is a little buggy but it seems accurate, price wise.

7% off MSRP came close to the invoice price for several build choices I had quoted by several dealers
