Not sure why people bring up the M3 comparison, the 340 is a different niche. I had an E46 M3, when I ordered the 340i, I wasn't looking for another M3, just an all round daily driver.
I'm not saying the M3 can't be that, because it certainly can be, but the temptation to get back to tracking the car, the cost of track days and consumables is something I want to avoid. Car had ground control trackschool coilovers, Stoptech brakes, supersprint header, midpipe and exhaust, and a bunch of other mods. Just want to keep it simple this time

Hey guys,
I work at BMW Gallery in Calgary Alberta. We have one of three 2017 BMW 340i xDrive M Performance Edition left from last month. It's an awesome ride and really quick! Pure Blue with the extended merino leather interior. It needs a new home and I'd love to see it end up in the hands of a BMW enthusiast! PM me if you have any questions

Congrats to those who purchased one, enjoy!
I saw a Fashion Grey 340i M Performance at the auto show this weekend and the colour really stood out - looked great in person.

One thing to make sure is that all your performance parts have been fitted correctly! My lip is slightly uneven and the rear spoiler is not centre at all!!! These are port installed pieces and attention to detail is not their focus. Getting them all refitted next week. Can't wait for break in to be over... |

Not sure how it works at other dealerships but mine has BMW certified body shop just nearby that does all cosmetic work. |

Would someone with a Fashion Grey 340i be kind enough to provide me the paint code for it?

Did everyone's perf parts fit ok?
They are re-setting all my parts (except exhaust and rear diff). Side skirts were refit. Rear spoiler needs to be removed but the removal process will damage it so they've already ordered a new one. And front skirt and lip needs to be re-set but because it is glued they may need to order another one of those. Not sure if that will take longer due to fashion grey colour. With that said, my dealership is awesome and take great care of me and the car is phenomenal. Thankfully the installation mistakes are not very obvious but definitely not how a new vehicle should arrive. |

Picked up my 2017 MPE on the weekend.
Parts fit ok, very minor discrepancy on the spoiler, but I didn't have them change it. Tint and film installed before final delivery. Love the car so far. Came from a B8 s4 and this thing pulls so much harder at all rpms. Having an issue with apple CarPlay not working at all but hopefully they can figure it out.

Can one of the happy owners with the winter wheels tells me width and offset of those 18''. I think they look better than anything else on this car.

This setup works really well on an F30. Some may say 255/35/18 tires would look better but winter tires shouldn't be too wide, otherwise you lose grip in snow.

Question for you guys who recently purchased the M Edition. On the dealer quote sheet for a lease it says MSRP $69,950 and then there's $3,385 for 'Options' with a final list price of $73,335. Did anyone else have this $3k charge?
