Sorry to hear that...I'm installing this weekend I'm really hoping I don't have any condensation issues. You'd think Depo quality would be better than the regular eBay knockoffs.

I followed Shumile Swift's video which looked (and was) a lot easier. You use the wire tap on the 2nd wire (black w/ gray stripe) on each side. No messing around in the battery compartment

I ended up using a black and yellow wire for the passenger side turn signal and it worked perfectly.

Hey guys .
If I already coded LED bulbs in my pre lci taillights, would I need to reset the codings before installing these?

Tried to install today and I couldn't get one of the inner Depo tail lights in. It's almost like it didn't line up correctly. Any advice from someone who has installed already?

Yeah, push the most inside of the piece in and it'll pop in place

I also had trouble getting the inner lights in, what i did was align the inside of the lamp (side with the nut) then pulled the lamp outwards to get the clips to go into the holes on the trunk. It took a bit of finesse and luck to get everything lined up.

Also, it appears that the insulation foam around the inner light is different than OEM, the depo foam is thicker and the outer edge actually moves a bit when i tried to press on it. Overall, the quality seems decent and hope the insulation foams will last.

Edit: any long term owner of these lights? I noticed that the outer light harness is not really waterproof (exposed connectors and etc). The area where the harness/resistors are located is not waterproof by design, so I'm worried about the long term exposure to water. So far I've used electrical tape to mask the exposed connectors and will coat it with silicone gel.

I installed last week. Everything is fine. Regarding the wire tap, I realized that the color code on the tap wire matched the color code on the light side of the plug so just tap into the wire that lines up with the same color wire on the other side of the plug. That might sound confusing but if you look at the connector behind the outer tail light you'll immediately understand what I'm talking about. I'm not sure why Bryan didn't tap in there.

Will the Depo F30 Blackline tail lights fit an F31?

These: https://www.uniquestyleracings.com/s...3016lciled4pcs

If not, what are the options for the F31's?

I've had mine for maybe 9 months or so, without issues. My set was a development set, so I had an issue with the inner light coming a little loose, but the ones on my car were hand made and were just a prototype. Nothing a little 3m tape couldn't fix, but you shouldn't need it on the production lights.

Mine have been on for a little over a week and I am actually having problems with the left inner light piece coming loose. I had to pull the carpet and basically do a re-install of that part this weekend. I tried "locking" it in both ways......hooking in the curved piece and pressing in and to right to get the nub in; and placing the nub in first and pushing/pulling out and to the left to get the hooked part in. Both ways, there is a substantial "snap" sound that makes it seem like it is in there good. But if you tighten the nut all the way, it just pops right out. I have the nut tightened to about 90% right now and it seems ok.....hopefully. I may have to try some double sided tape like you mentioned
