Fast lane is a joke. In 8 years of ownership I have only had one 90 minute service. Every other fast lane service has been 2.5-3.5 hours for a blooming oil change.

Yeah i would agree with that. I have never had a "Fast Service" via so called fast lane. Also the online price was different to what they tried to charge me after. I showed them my phone with the price difference of £50 cheaper and they immediately changed it? They did not give a real explanation why either??

Not everyone participates in the online prices or value line incentive. It's like a street price vs. internet price thing. Fortunately, now you can actually book online to honour the price and participate dealers are on there.
