How to turn on fog lights with DRL?

Is it possible to have the fog lights turn on without having to turn on the head lights? If so what do I need to code?

I'm not at all clear why you'd want to do this, but who knows what passes for acceptable in the US. Here's a suggestion that should turn on the fogs whenever the DRLs are on. I'm basing this on the default values in my car, so yours may be different. I don't think it will affect the normal fog light function. Try it at your own risk!

I suggest you try one at a time.

In FEM / 3063

MAPPING_UNIVERSAL_1_OUTPUT change 00 (off) to 0B (NSW L)
MAPPING_UNIVERSAL_1_FUNCTION mine is already set to 04 (DRL)
but this currently does nothing

MAPPING_UNIVERSAL_2_OUTPUT change 00 (off) to 0C (NSW R)
MAPPING_UNIVERSAL_2_FUNCTION mine is already set to 04 (DRL)
but this currently does nothing
