I'm stuck. Having a problem with esys (3.27), am unable to activate FA. Psdz error. The car is a 2018 F32, tried using both available F020 target selectors. No problem connecting or reading SVT. Just can't activate FA. Any ideas?

Error is from FP Generation not Activation, and it clearly shows why. It shows you have 3 Option Codes in FA that are not valid for your vehicle Type Code with a 0717 Build Date.

Thanks for the response. I don't know how this could happen? The car is stock/ I haven't changed anything yet. How should I proceed?

Why are you generating FP? You should be able to activate FA and use it. Make sure you run with Admin rights, and use default memory setting on E-Sys Launcher.

All I am trying to do is activate FA and this error comes up. Running with admin rights, tried every memory setting, same result.

I don't understand why there are option code and build date conflicts when the car was configured this way from the factory?

Do I need to modify the FA by deleting those 3 SALAPA elements?

FA shoudl not need modification unless car has been modified. I have no idea what your issue is.

I've successfully activated FA by using E-Sys 3.30

Looking at the attached image I'm guessing someone has flashed the car recently (I just bought the car a month ago)... The psdz data I have is older than the cars.

Can you please send me a link to newer psdz data if you have it? Thanks

I thought I fixed this before, but I have a new laptop, and can't edit my FA.
