I believe he has the two piston 345mm rear brakes. I don't know the wheel specs.

If I had to guess:

ARC-8's either 17x9 et30 or 17x9.5 et35
Welds probably 17x10 et40

ARC-8 17x9 et30 wont work with 345mm,rear painted performance calipers(blue, orange, red, yellow). Apex says none of their 17" will. its the inner barrel that is problematic on 17" wheels. The inner barrel diameter/not width or offset. however if one wanted to start filing down parts/calipers/ears on the calipers w a file u can make them work im sure. technically they fit. but the least amount of debri in there cause them to scar up the inner barrel.
i think most manufacturers say at least 3mm of clearance on all sides of caliper.

Often guys have used parts in the garage and just haven't gotten around to advertising them for sale. I myself have a Wagner intercooler and several other parts that I just haven't gotten around to selling yet. So also advertise that you are looking to buy something. WTB ads often get responses from guys who want to get rid of something taking up space in the garage. Good luck!
Hi johnung, lovely detailed info here on the rotors. Would I be able to do just the Hawk brake pad and rotor changes (front and rear) with the 400m 18" wheels?

The BMW 400M 18" wheels fit over any of the F30 brakes including the largest Brembo 4-piston calipers over front 370mm x 30mm rotors, and the largest rear brakes the Brembo 2-piston calipers over 345mm x 24mm rotors.

Thanks for the info. Looks like I'll have to add new rotors and brake pads to the modification list
