F30 no bluetooth or aux

Hi

I have a 318d 2012

my bluetooth and aux is greyed out and cannot be selected.
Someone told me i need to recode in order to get it working again

any help would be appreciated

Hi ,

I live in France and I have the same problem since I bought the iphone XR, I can not connect to USB on NBT bmw, or play music streaming spotify, it works with the iphone 8, a certain proibleme of car software but I have not found any current update
