Jb4 and speakers helpppp

I installed jb4 on my 2018 340i and now my Harmon kardon speakers are not as loud at all and they sound weird, anyone know what to do ??? I tried removing it and it didn't make a difference

Did you disconnect the battery when you installed it? Maybe the EQ was to max and it got reset back to 50%.

No I just installed it with the car and ignition off and the ecu asleep, but I also coded my car with bimmercode do you think the coding did the problem ?
