Any DME unlockers in San Francisco or close by?

I think my DME may have been locked when I upgraded my 4G commbox. I tried a BM3 flash and it failed. I'm waiting to hear back from Protuningfreaks why the flash could have failed but I suspect I need to get the DME unlocked.

Does anyone know any place in San Francisco or close by that can unlock it? What's the cost?

Had a similar experience when I went to the dealer to replace my steering rack a few months ago because the decided I needed the latest vehicle software without telling me (but it was written on my receipt, I just didn't look at it at the time).

Look at either of these shops. SB Garage in South SF or Vargas Turbo in Hayward. Goodluck. When I did mine, it cost me $150.
