Preferred Service Advisor for the Dallas area?
Anyone have any recommendations for dealer services in the Dallas ?
I have a contact down in Los Angeles, but just witnessed my brother being given some crappy treatment for some warranty repairs in TX. Not looking for anything shady, but at least someone who's willing to listen to the customer. I understand most maintenance should be done elsewhere, this is specific to warranty issues for the most part. |

+1.
A couple guys at Arlington BMW 'almost' sound like they know what they're talking about, but results have mediocre at best.

I have been to 2 of the 4 dealerships in Dallas (bought my car from BMW of Dallas) and talked to advisers at the 3rd. Arlington is way across town from me so I've never been there. Most of the SA's don't know anything about these cars. The times I had issues that weren't being resolved fairly or quickly I had to get the service and sales managers involved. That seems to be the only way to get anything done. These folks do care about the reputation of the dealership and will listen to your concern if the low level guys seem to be giving you the brush off.

^agreed.
Andres (spelling might be off) at Arlington seems to be the only one who truly listens and seems to have an understanding of what is going on. PS, last time my car was there, they sprayed tire shine (or whatever gloss shit they use) on my MP diffuser and 1 of side of satin black wheels
