The key thing is Radio Remote Control Receiver

If your car was produced before 2014/03, you need to change the Remote Control Receiver, and because it's replaced, the frequency of your fob keys is also changed, this means your fob keys won't work, so you need to make a new fob key. here's the steps,

Get 1). 4 TPMS sensors
Replace 2). the Remote Control Receiver upto latest
VO code 2VB.

Hi,

I had my F30 340i prod. 03-2018 retrofitted with TPMS sensors through local workshop by simply adding tire sensors and doing some coding back in 2019. They work since then without any problem. Now, i am expecting full car update at dealership due to factory recall and i would also expect TPMS coding to be cleared afterwards.

I am preparing myself to recode necessary parameters using ESYS and ENET cable, I loaded current FA from car and was expecting to see 2VB already present in vehicle order, however it is not!

Any explanation for that?

Thanks!

I have a 2015 428xi (shitty Canadian edition). How complicated would it be to retrofit from FTM to TPMS?

Hi, i have a 435i F32, I have upgraded to an NBT Evo, my car's production date is 07/2013 and it has Euro Spec, what part numbers do I need to get the TPMS?

What setup do I need? 6876227 and 6856227? 6855180 and 6798872?

Hi everyone, I have a 2012 BMW F30 basic version. I have mounted the pressure sensors number TPMS 6855539 70735510 but I really don't know how to proceed with the choice of antenna, coding wiring etc etc.
I tried to see how the more experts did it but I'm afraid of making the wrong purchase.
If anyone could help me on how to proceed and what to buy it would be a great favor to me, thanks in advance.

Hi,

I've got a 2018 M140i, I want to retrofit TPMS sensors. My car currently uses the DSC ABS module to sense tyre pressure. Did your car also use the DSC ASB initially? And did you do the coding yourself? I'm hoping I just need to add the sensors and the coding like you did. My car has the receiver in the rear quarter (61358706502). I see there is talk of people having to add an RDC control unit (36106876227), I'm not sure if I need to add that or where to check if it's already there. Any help will be appreciated. I've never done coding before and really wana do this retrofit. The DSC ABS sensor method is poor.

Hello, I have a BMW F20 vehicle manufactured on March 10th 2014. My vehicle comes with the 2VB option from the factory. I bought the vehicle second hand and there was no problem. After buying the vehicle, I changed the headunit, installed a steering wheel with paddle shift and cruise control. For this, I connected a new cable from FZL to FEM. After these operations, I wrote the necessary codes to FA and saved them.
Then I right clicked on all ecu and pressed the CODE button. After this operation, everything was working, only RDC did not work and I could not get it to work no matter what I did. Where could I have made a mistake?

When I check with ISTA, I see this error. When I delete it, I do not see any error in HEADUNIT, but RDC reset cannot go above 0% and when I continue driving, it gives an error again.

I expect answers from everyone, but I think Master Atzebmw can solve this problem. Thank you in advance.

Hello!

I have a 04/2013 F30 (non MK100 DSC) I bought the 6876227 RDC module and 6856227 HUF sensors (AliExpress, a friend with a F10 with RDC bought them before and got them working).

The RDC moduled is cabled under the iDrive controller (K-CAN1).

Then using the steps shared by @atzebwm, I managed to code the CAFD to the RDC module using the FASampleList (item FAx007, the first one that had 2VB).

Then I did FDL (I will do VO in the future because I don't want to lose all the FDL done to those HU):

FEM
RC_RDC_ENABLE = aktiv

ICMQL
IcmKod_B_S2VBA = verbaut

HU_NBT
RDC = aktiv
RDC_DRUCK_TEMP = aktiv
RDC_FORTSCHRITTSANZEIGE = nicht_aktiv
REIFENUEBERWACHUNG_RDC_RPA = rdc
RPA = nicht_aktiv

KOMBI
ST_TYR_RDC_ALIVE = aktiv
ST_TYR_RDC_TIMEOUT = aktiv
KOMBI DSC_MIT_RPA = ohne_RPA

After RDC reset on iDrive, I get and error after around 15min drive and the light of RDC comes up in the dash.

Am I missing something?
