No that's not supposed to happen. All relay lights should light up only when the relay gets closed. What happens if you run the start sequence? Do they stay on or some light turns off?

Ok so all relays are receiving 5v, which is wrong. Is the wiring correct? If you look at the schematic, you can see that pin 1-6 of the relay board are directly connected to D2-D7 pins on the arduino. Is that the same in your wiring?

the only difference with your connection
is that I took the power and the mass on the odometer. and the k-can2 on the idrive wheel |

I always have the relays which remain on which heats the power supply and the relays.
is this due to an HS relay problem? is the power supply supplying the relays and the nano card at the same time? here are my connections |

DISCONNECT EVERYTHING FROM THE POWER SUPPLY WHEN YOU ADJUST IT!!! You risk to set the output too high and fry some components! (like the arduino) Remove it from the rest, set it to 5v and reconnect everything |

I tested the power board alone and the output is 5V as soon as I connect it to the relays and the arduino nano board the output goes down to 3.38V. is this normal? Last edited by david51; 01-04-2022 at 08:45 AM.. |
