Retrofitting NBT EVO ID6 to my 13 F30 had CIC High Prof Nav and Enhanced BT

I bought the NBT EVO HU, Touch I-drive from 2016 F30 bought Touch ECU from ebay, 10.25 touch screen from 18 X6, Quad lock harness with other parts from ebay.

NBT EVO HU got precoded before installing from one of the coder, see below picture

Everything is connected except the mic, if all works then I will route the mic wire. When I turn on, everything is blank, except some time vent temp on radio comes on and goes quickly.
When I connect with bimmer code” "coding head unit not possible because it is not in its original state"

Because my screen is blank and nothing turns on, coding guy says your screen is bad and cant see what’s wrong.

Looking for some inputs before I go buy another screen.

I tried to connect another LVDS cable, direct quad lock, its same status.

So far
-Touch Screen is working- LVDS cable issue, polarity swapped red and black wire. Also 4 pin rotated 180deg
- 360 Cameras- have to move Camera pins
Pin 18 at quadlock to pin 21
Pin 28 at quadlock to pin 24
Pin 27 at quadlock to pin 23
- rest all AM, FM bit poor quality, usb( both armrest and glovebox), CarPlay, M-lap etc

- Navigation is not working, not able to install maps
- Idrive Touch not working: still root causing

If you have combox before and you remove it did you close most or you leave it open?

Did you install new FM amplifier with FM2 cable? Also, I was never able to code my touch controller for my NBT Evo + ATM retrofit, I just gave up on that aspect.

With regards to navi not working, do you have an ATM or a GPS port from your Evo HU?

No success Navigation to work yet
MY original NBT EVO HU came without Nav port
Got retrofitted

Yesterday i was seeing Navigation loading and starting information on screen

Today I reconnected USB ports
Now it shows me connect usb device with correct activation code to start navigation.
Hope some chime if they seen this in past and resolved

I-drive touch control issue resolved, had wrong Touch ECU part number.
Its connected and working fine

connected Pins 3 and 4 on i-drive to terminal 11 and 9.

I installed the Amplifier: 65209231178, did not find the power on connector this amplifier, FM and AM quality is great now. there are few channels that are bit weak, i believe that's due to FM1-ok, FM2-not ok as i did not run the new wire.
I am going to use splitter and try quality, if not then decide to run new cable.

Navigation issue is resolved, its was requiring FSC code to install. Bought maps and FSC code from ebay Bimmerguru, It did not work at first shot, but Bimmerguru helped me to complete step by step installation with very detailed information. all works now! Thank you! Update 5
Every thing was working perfectly fine until noon yesterday!

When i restarted car in the evening, Carplay connected to my iphone but no carplay icon CID, Navigation says loading with grey screen, none of the USB's working, no music from HDD.

I-Drive, AM/FM, rest of vehicle settings works

Appreciate any inputs on this issue?

Bimmerguru got me my files this weekend as well for my nbt retrofit. Saved me a few bucks as well… i didn’t go to evo but its all very relevant ..
Did the unit reboot itself after the fsc install?
U entered the map code in the file provided from bimmerguru?
Did u vo code the kombi and HU correctly? U mentioned hu was precoded..but in my experience i had to VO code the kombu as well to get the car to talk to the hu. For service history etc.. then a few hours later got tge sos malfunction so i had to re VO code to remove 6AC and 6AE.
I did have a combox in back as well. I removed only the white clip and the most connection on the right side and didnt touch the other wires connected on the left side.
U may want to retrace ur steps before the fm install. Check all the connections i troubleshooted fir 3-4 hours yesterday on the lvds rotation issue after i took it all apart again to install the mmi.. didnt mark the power/ground and was inserted wrong.. .hopefully it’s something small like that..

I did not or don't have any SOS errors unless i disconnect all wires from COMBOX( i did this few days ago), so left all wires connected except the MOST that's is disconnected and has jumper. Service history works.

FM was installed and working before I loaded maps FSC, maps FSC loaded and rebooted correctly, GPS position was reset.

Then I loaded 20GB music in hard drive, the after that drove car for 30min, everything was working....

Evening restarted the car nothing connects.

Just read the errors( Bimmerguru recommended) shows as hard drive hardware error!

Anyone can code if I install new one? any issues expected with replacement HDD?

Is this the bimmertools app? That could definitly cause the issue... I remember another thread where a member was doing a retrofit and had a bad HD from the get go and wouldnt let him even upload the fsc codes.. and Nav was always grey.. Ive watched a few you tube vids of guys removing the HD from the HU seems fairly straight forward. Have u reached out to the seller of the HU?
Maybe get some resolution that way so ur not shelling out more cash.
there is definitly a few guys on here that can remote code it for you.. Steve@codemybimmer seems to be very active here for that stuff.

I was using bimmerlink to read the errors.

Remove the HU and wires, reconnected everything back, its working back again.
I checked all wiring no loose connections.

but still HDD fault error code is present, may be HDD is bad, thinking of replacing.
