Digital cluster upgrade

I've been looking at some upgrades to my 2018 f30 and came across some digital instrument clusters on eBay that supposedly will work in my car. Does anyone have any experience with these and are they as sketchy as I think they may be?

I have seen lot of reviews online regarding digital instrument cluster. I think no coding is needed.
