The part is integral to the valve cover, so if it ever goes south on you, you'd be replacing them as a unit. I believe you can actually remove the PCV valve from the cover (thought I saw a kit somewhere?) but, I think that kit was aftermarket. I would just replace them as a unit if I ever had to. Buy once, cry once as the saying goes.

Perhaps it could be cleaned if it clogs, but it won't clog if you install an oil catch can, which also saves you from having to do an expensive valve cleaning job.

This will likely be my next reliability upgrade. I’ve ran a borescope through the intake and managed to get to a couple of ports. Valves are still pretty clean. I plan on doing GDI cleaner in the meantime to help keep buildiup at bay. What can are you running? BMS?
