So, i just got my 335i and i do not notice vibrations at idle; however, when i am driving in gear (3rd or 4th mainly), i see it and HEAR the vibrating noise and it is driving me insane! I would not care much if i saw it move but hearing it is a different ball game, it is killing me! I really have to hold on to the stick to make it go away... The worst thing is that i am not even going too fast fr it to be vibrating the way it does!... Any ideas guys???? Other than this i am absolutely in love with the car!

Bump this old thread up...

Has anyone had this addressed by BMW?

Recent picked up a 2016 328i 6-speed to daily drive.

Getting a ton of vibration felt in the gear shifter. At idle you can visual see it vibrate. Car has 38,000 miles. It's still under warranty however, THAT much vibration cannot be normal for any sort of gear box.
